Puerto Rico Community Network for Clinical Research on AIDS (PR CONCRA)
PR CONCRA promotes health and improve the quality of life of people living with HIV / AIDS in Puerto Rico and at the same time prevent HIV infection. They provide outpatient medical services that include internal medicine and specialized HIV / AIDS infectology: monitoring and testing of CD4 and viral load; antiretroviral therapy, treatment and prophylaxis of opportunistic infections; monitoring of adherence to treatment, mental and oral health, nursing, procedures and laboratories; case management, community outreach services; offering counseling and testing for HIV; and psychosocial support including peer training and other specialized services.
